The new Polini XP1R and XP3R are real MXGP bikes, but with specific dimensions for the young riders between 4 and 10 years old.

Polini XP1R and XP3R are minicross bikes with sporting DNA, manufactured with parts of very high quality, featuring last generation Upside-down Paioli front fork, adjustable in terms of length, compression and spring preload with aluminium sleeve, Ø 37 special steel stems, aluminium plates and feet machined from a block. These features grant a better feeling in terms of driving conditions, maximum comfort, and easiness to drive on all terrains. The engine performance has been increased by 2 HP, adapting it to the drive of the young riders thanks to the automatic clutch proper for the beginners too. The styling is modern with anti-stretch Crystal material.
2 STROKE LIQUID COOLED ENGINE

Polini 2-stroke 50 cc engine with automatic clutch is compact and small. The power has been improved and increased of about 2 hp making it smoother thanks to the new exhaust manifold. The power output can be so exploited at the best above all when accelerating, very important feature when starting and driving the MX bikes.
The high-performance cylinder has a reed intake system. The head is new: it has been designed to increase the squish that has increased the compression ratio to 16,5:1. The exhaust system has a new geometry of the expansion and manifold. Even the final silencer is new, made of black anodized aluminium.

FORK AND SUSPENSION AT THE BEST

The front fork is the advanced and revolutionary Upside Down one, with Ø 37 special steel stems. It can be adjusted both in terms of extension and compression, as per the spring preload. The sleeves are made of aluminum while plates and feet are machined from a block.
Also the rear suspension is Paioli and adjustable in different positions too.

STRONG AND BALANCED FRAME

The frame of the Polini XP1R and XP3R bikes distinguishes itself to be detachable in the rear part: it makes the access to the single-shock area easier making the servicing of the suspension and of the filter box faster. The main frame structure is made of single-beams, split at the cylinder height. It is made of high tensile steel tubes. The technical geometries has been calculated to be resistant to the most extreme jumps of the young riders. The resistance to torsional stresses has been improved to guarantee at the same time the necessary elasticity. The swing-arm, realized in high tensile steel too, has got two arms of trapezoidal section for a better resistance to every stress, optimizing traction and stability of the back-wheel. The frame has a lower barycentre, improving the weights distribution. These features allow great improvements, appreciable on all the tracks: better handling, better balance in bending, stability on uneven ground, increase of the precision when bending, with big qualities of fluidity and balance.

BREAKING SYSTEM

The disc brakes have hydraulic control. The front brake has a diameter of Ø 180 mm, with lever control on the handlebar while the rear one has a diameter Ø 150 mm. with pedal control. The rims are in light alloy. The wheel hubs are die-cast in light alloy.

BEAUTIFUL AND MODERN STYLING

Brand new the Polini Motor racing color-matching: white/blue with anti-stretch Crystal material. The driving position is natural with the ergonomic features aimed to make the driving more efficient. The seat profile is remarkable, covered with a special anti-slick material. The fixing system is easy and fast to be removed.
