Polini presents the brand new 70 Evolution cylinder kit studied for Vertical Minarelli engines to increase performance. The 70 cast iron cylinder kit has been completely redesigned with exclusive technical solutions never seen before on this kind of engines.

The heart of the cylinder kit is a combination of parts developed to maximize the fluid-dynamic yield and efficiency.

Here is what it makes unique.
– Improved reed valve housing, integrated into the cylinder with two dedicated ducts that feed directly into the transfers: an exclusive solution that improves the torque and the response at low rpm
– 4 petal reed valve (compared to the traditional 2-petals ones), supplied in the kit, to increase and speed up the air/fuel.
– Dedicated flow guide: designed to better canalize the flow between the manifold and the reed valve, reducing turbulence and loss of charge.
– 360° routable intake manifold, compatible with Polini CP carburetor from 17mm to 24mm. For complete flexibility during the assembly phase. This system lets the assembly of both genuine and open filter.
– Racing head with copper gasket, dual-ring piston, 0.2 and 0.3mm base gasket to customize the squish.
