POLINI HI-SPEED GASKET SETS: SUPERIOR QUALITY FOR ORIGINAL ENGINES
Polini expands the Hi-Speed range with new gasket sets developed for original engines of classic Vespa models, 50cc mopeds, scooters, enduro and 50cc motard bikes.
This is an absolute new development for Polini, created to offer the market a high-quality alternative to traditional gaskets, which are often not very durable and require frequent replacement.
The new Polini Hi-Speed gasket series is made using selected technical materials chosen according to the specific function of each gasket, ensuring greater reliability, improved sealing and longer life.
For the most critical applications, high-performance materials such as FOAMET® are used, consisting of a special aluminum core coated with NBR 50ShA closed-cell rubber, that provides excellent resistance to mechanical stress, temperatures up to 200°C and outstanding sealing performance with an elastic recovery of over 50%.
A special Polini technical material made of aramid and mineral fibers is also used, designed to operate under extreme conditions, with heat resistance up to 280°C, maximum pressure up to 80 bar, and a density of 1.80 g/cm³.
Compared to traditional gaskets, the new Polini Hi-Speed range offers greater dimensional stability, superior resistance to heat and pressure and higher manufacturing quality.
To complete the range, practical Polini technical gasket sheets are also available in the 300 × 450 mm format and in thicknesses of 0.3 – 0.5 – 0.8 mm. A useful solution for custom gasket production.
The result is a range designed for those who want to complete every engine intervention with reliable, precise components that meet Polini’s quality standards.
