The Polini Max Hi-Speed variator is supplied with a set of 20×17 gr. 7,5 rollers, manufactured with a special coating made of nylon and aramid fibers to maintain resistance and sliding during the time. The roller sliding tracks have been undergone to a polishing treatment to reduce frictions and improve the transmission progression.

Great attention to the building quality too: the chromed steel pin ensures precision and reliability while the half pulley with different angles allows the belt to increase its travel, optimizing transmission efficiency.

To further improve operation, the set also includes a compression spring with a 5% increased load, designed to optimize preload and make the variator assembly work more effectively and consistently.
