Polini raises the bar once again in the scooter racing world by introducing the brand-new EVOLUTION P.R.E. 4 product line, available in 70cc and 100cc versions, designed for scooters equipped with Piaggio or Minarelli engines with flanged crankcases.
Born on the racetrack, this project was developed over more than two years through extreme testing, bench trials, and real racing competitions, where every component was pushed to its limits with one clear goal: absolute performance.

POLINI EVOLUTION P.R.E. 4 CYLINDER KIT
At the heart of the cylinder kit is a newly developed cylinder, available in 70cc or 100cc flanged versions, designed to be compatible with all flanged crankcases on the market as well as Polini crankcases.
The bore and stroke define a configuration engineered to deliver strong and full power delivery, while the 5-port layout and bridged exhaust port ensure optimal gas flow and top-level performance.
Special attention was also given to the completely redesigned cylinder head, created to simplify installation on any scooter. The side water outlet allows for quick and easy mounting.
The head, finished in the iconic blue Polini color, features a two-piece design, with dedicated squish clearance and compression ratio for each cylinder version. These values are the result of precise internal geometry studies, fully aligned with Polini’s philosophy of maximum efficiency.

POLINI EVOLUTION P.R.E. 4 CRANKSHAFTS
Alongside the development of the cylinder kits, Polini designed two new racing crankshafts, featuring special balancing to ensure absolute stability even at extremely high engine speeds.
These crankshafts operate safely beyond 15.000 RPM, providing smooth operation, reduced vibration, and the durability required for competitive racing use.
POLINI EVOLUTION P.R.E. 4 MUFFLERS
To complete the kit, Polini also introduces two new high-performance exhaust systems, developed specifically to maximize the power curve of their respective cylinder kits.
Each section of the exhaust is laser-cut to ensure millimetric precision and then hand-assembled by specialized technicians, following the artisanal tradition that has always distinguished Polini’s most advanced racing products.
