The completely redesigned side casings improve thermal dissipation. More efficient cooling allows the electronics to operate under optimal conditions, ensuring consistent performance even during the most demanding use.The POLINI E-P3+ EVO2 series introduces a renewed and distinctive aesthetic design:

• exclusive Graphite color finish
• full Total Black Ergal screws

The result is an e-bike motor with an elegant, technical, and contemporary appearance, fully aligned with the project’s high-end positioning.

The technological core of the E-P3+ EVO2 is a new electronic board developed to deliver increased computing power, faster response times and management flexibility.
The system features a BIOS that enables updatable via app. The firmware also introduces tone wheel management, improving speed reading accuracy and power delivery smoothness even under extreme conditions.The new USB–C port introduces a modern standard for diagnostics and system interaction.

Once updated, the Polini App expands its available functions by introducing for EVO2 models:

• electronic lock, to protect the motor from unauthorized use
• route tracking, with automatic upload to Strava and integration of key usage and performance data
• user registration, forming the foundation for advanced digital services and future software developments
• motor map customization, allowing precise adaptation of motor behavior to riding style, terrain, and rider preferences

Integrated Bluetooth enables new wireless handlebar controls for MTB and Road & Gravel, improving ergonomics, handlebar cleanliness and design freedom for manufacturers.

The internal mechanics have been further refined. The pedal axle width has been standardized at 137 mm across the entire range, reducing pedal “Q factor” and increasing design freedom in the choice of dedicated spider, without compromising efficiency, reliability or performance.

For 2026, Polini Motori has adopted a responsible, quality-oriented approach: production of the E-P3+ EVO2 will be limited to a maximum of 3.000 numbered units.
In line with this choice, the E-P3+ EVO2 2026 series warranty is extended to three years, confirming the project’s reliability and the quality of the industrial process.

All E-P3+ motors are supported by a Polini direct technical assistance network active throughout Europe, designed to ensure support for manufacturers and end users. An extension of the network through selected non-European partners is also under development.
Spare parts will remain available even beyond the warranty period, ensuring long-term motor maintenance and support.
