Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday by TNT-BRT Bartolini.
Estimated shipping time: Italy 48 h – EU countries 5 working days.
To make the delivery easier and faster always provide your mobile phone number. Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification e-mail and afterwards another e-mail with the tracking number.

– Delivery free of charge on all orders over euro 60,00 (VAT included)

LIABILITY
Polini Motori S.p.A is not liable for any delay or missing, or partial delivery of the products if it is caused by the inefficiency of the courier. To avoid it, please always check that the number of the boxes indicated on the Delivery note corresponds to the ones delivered. In the case of clear damages of the box, accept it but sign the delivery note and write: “accepted and subjects to check”…(add reason)
WITHDRAWAL RIGHT
Returns and refunds are governed by Italian law on the on-line sales. The withdrawal right is regulated by D. Lgs. N.206 dd. 06.09.2005 and it foresees that the customer (a physical person that purchase the goods not related to his/her professional activity, that is to say he/her does not purchase using his/her business VAT number) has the right to withdraw the agreement without giving any reason. In the event the customer decides to return the product that is not adequate to his/her needs, the customer has 14 days from the date of purchasing to exercise the withdrawal right, in accordance with the law. In addition, to return the product is allowed ONLY if it is shipped back as originally (packaging included).
Returns cannot be accepted for electric goods.
When order (or a part of it) is returned, the refund will include only the value of the products while any shipping charge will not be refunded since they are at the customer’s charge.
The box shall contained the return form duly filled.

REPLACEMENT OF THE PARTS UNDER WARRANTY
Duration and terms of the warranty – Products have 24 months warranty (twenty-four) from the delivery certified by a valid document. Any lack of conformity because of actions or lack due to Polini Motori S.p.A. should be reported within the term of two months from the date the defect has been detected. The warranty gives the right to the recovery of the conformity of the product through reparation or replacement of the defective part, in accordance with the terms and conditions indicated, and in the respect of the applicable law. Polini Motori S.p.A. reserves the right to use, in case of replacement, a later version which is proper for the applications foreseen for the version purchased originally. The interventions to recover the conformity of the product do not extend in any case the validity of the warranty which is effective as of the product delivery date.
WARRANTY VALIDITY AND EXCLUSION CONDITIONS
The validity of the warranty is subjected to:
– Exclusive domestic and private use of the product and, in any case, for purposes not connected to business activities.
– Assembling of the products in accordance with the indications of the manual or, anyway, communicated by Polini Motori S.p.A.
– Use and maintenance of the product in accordance with the indications of the manual or, anyway, communicated by Polini Motori S.p.A.
The warranty is not valid if the conformity defect is a consequence of:
– Wear, negligence, carelessness of use and bad maintenance, seizure, or lack of what is recommended in the operation manual or communicated by Polini Motori S.p.A
– Alteration, modification of the product o reparation made by people not authorized by Polini Motori S.p.A.; or anyway not qualified people.
– Damages for unexpected factors, coming from circumstances that anyway, cannot be ascribed to Polini Motori’s actions or omissions.

Territorial extension
The warranty is valid for all the products used as consumer goods and that have been sold in the EU countries. The event that defects are found on one product purchased in one of the EU countries, during the validity of the present warranty, the products together with the proof of purchase (containing all the information about dealer, delivery date, item code) and then present certificate, shall be returned to the dealer who will adopt all the measures in accordance to the applicable law.
Liability limitations
Polini Motori S.p.A. declines any responsibility for any damages that may occur, directly or indirectly, to people, things or animals for the inobservance of the dispositions contained in the assembly manual.
Terms and conditions about warranty will not exclude the rights as per D. Lgs 206/2005 (Consumers code) and Dir. 1999/44/Ce of the European Parliament.
